FAQ
Common questions
What is My Property?
It is an app for property owners and service centers. Owners keep object records, documents, tasks and maintenance history; centers receive and process service requests.
Which property can I add?
Vehicles, real estate, household and garden appliances, electronics, equipment, jewelry and other personal objects in the available categories.
Where can I use the app?
Use the web app in a modern browser, install the iPhone and iPad app from the App Store, or get the Android version through RuStore. The official landing also provides an APK.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The basic plan is free. Paid plans increase property and storage limits.
Which documents can I store?
Receipts, warranty records, manuals, service reports and other files that belong to an object. A document can also have an expiry date.
How do I keep repair history?
Create a service entry on the object with the date, work, cost, parts, attachments and next service date.
Does the app send reminders?
Yes. It supports object tasks, next-maintenance dates and document expiry. Owners control channels and quiet hours.
What does a service center receive?
A company profile, status-based request inbox, owner chat, service and working-hour settings, notifications and completed service records.
How can a service center join?
Open the service center page and leave a contact number. The team will follow up about onboarding.
Can I export an object record?
Yes. An object record can be exported to PDF as a digital property passport for personal use.
